Any way to fix screw holes on backplate?

Is there any way to fix these screw holes? I saw some stuff online for bigger plastic items, but I’m unsure how feasible that is so I was curious if anyone’s encountered this.

To find a decent replacement appears to barely be existent for XL. As LL backplates don’t fit exactly (just a bit off)

Since I found my original backplate, I’d love to just keep using it if it’s possible to do something for it.
