Is my N3DSXL Battery good enough?

I used the battery mark app from universal updater to check my battery life and it held full charge for about 3.5 hours.
I saw that some people get up to 9 hours.
I bought my 3DS used from eBay.
Should I concider looking for a replacement battery?
