After a long flight of playing Ocarina of time my 3DS has been out of battery for a few weeks, and recently I plugged in the cable again ready to play some more zelda. For some reason, only the blue LED turns on and nothing else.
What i’ve tried:
– Holding the power button makes it turn off after a while
– Doing nothing has no effect, it’s in this state indefinitely
– Hitting any other buttons does nothing
– Closing and opening doesn’t do anything either
Please tell me my dear 3DS is still savable, I bought it 2nd hand last summer and I don’t want it to break. The device is home brewed by the way

first thing i’d do is replace the battery
Yeah like other comment said I’d try replacing the battery. Completely dying/getting low charge is stressful for lithium ion packs and if it’s the original battery it’s already pretty aged.
Try holding start while booting and see if you can access godmode9.
If that works it’s most likely a software problem
