I’m pretty sure this when this video was made, that steam didn’t have a refund policy, the only reason they added one in the first place was because they got sued by the Australian government for not having one

Steam support isn’t great. Just because you can get 2 hour refunds doesn’t mean the rest of the support system isn’t awful.
