I got a new screen, the black blotches came back. I left it without the lens and somehow the blotches died out. Try doing that

Just stumbling on this and saw no one else has commented. I believe these are dead pixels and the only fix would be to replace the screen. I’d wait for other people to roll in but that would be my conclusion
