I bought a game on the wrong card last night and I have been trying to request a refund but it won’t let me. I haven’t downloaded it so why is it not eligible for refund. I go to contact support but they keep saying they aren’t open until 8 AM even though it is 9:30 AM

It’s a holiday, so they may be closed today
Whenever i refund a game i go to the playstation website, could that be the reason? Wish i could help more, goodluck on getting the refund
