I just bought this N2DS XL about a week ago it just came in and the condition was advertised as "VERY GOOD" it looked immaculate when i first got it but then i noticed the hinge on the back when its closed has a massive gap on one side and not on the other, like it isnt flush.
when i open the console i do not hear any crunching noises or anything it opens normally and the hinge functions fine its just this massive gap in the spine when its closed is bothering me so much im debating on returning the console (i have 30 days to decide no questions asked)
online i seen that most peoples consoles hinge when closed is flush normally with both sides lining up. in the VERY rare cases i do see someone suffering with the same problem i have it isn't anywhere nearly as bad or pronounced as mine is…
i tried putting pressure down and snapping it back into its clamp but it did nothing just felt squishy and flexed back to its original position 🙁
