Is anyone else getting this message on their Portal??
I can’t seem to get my portal connected to my ps5 no matter what I do. I was just playing Space Marines like an hour ago , took a break to eat and now my portal won’t connect. Very frustrating.
Try turning both the portal and PS5 off completely, and then boot up the PlayStation, and then boot up the portal. Maybe that’ll get the to talk?

Same, and I just tried every troubleshooting method advised. Maybe it’s not on our end?

I’m having the same problem. Connected fine this morning. Tried to do everything in the book the last few hours to fix it and nothing. Has to be some issue on Sony’s end
