You’re right they’ve gone up but there have always been outrageous asking prices for most things, so f course they sell for less than those but you still see them.
I’ve also noticed a huge drop in average Japanese condition of handhelds compared to what they were 10-15 years ago, and a huge markup in prices in the last 5 years from JP resellers, often with the same item listed with multiple sellers. It’s very pronounced and very irritating.
You’ve showcased 2 of the worst that I’d taken mental note of when doing my own searches. I never touch their listings but they always show up. Feedback is often bad but they sell a lot overall so it averages out.
