My 3DS started having this issue after I repaired the analog joystick.
However, before that, it had a different problem: it made a "pop" sound when turning it on. I took it to a repair shop, and they told me it was caused by the 3D ribbon cable, which they fixed.
Now I’m experiencing this new issue after the joystick repair, and I’m not sure what’s causing it. Does anyone know what might be the problem or how to fix it?(I'm using a tractor, an apology if something is misexplained)

check all the ribbon cables are properly seated, especially the screens
