When did the Home Screen update to this?

Am I blind or have I just not been to the Home Screen in a long time? The two tabs have been replaced by five tabs like on the PS4 and PlayStation Plus, the library and the Store are up there now. Wasn’t like that a few days ago but my PS5 doesn’t say it updated
