Title speaks for it’s self name a Pokémon that needs a new evolution, mega, or even regional variant.
My personal pick is Castform. Any of the options above is needed because Castform is probably one of the coolest ideas for a pokemon but is stuck because he’s too weak. Having the ability to change form based on the weather is really interesting and unique but as I mentioned it just needs more power.
So a mega or even normal evolution could solve that.
Regional variants are also interesting for castform because there’s a very easy concept, terrains. Instead of castform transforming from the weather he does from the terrains.

Still can’t believe the rack they gave this thing.
Perhaps even have it be two types: one for the weather and the other for the terrain. So like electric terrain and harsh sun would make it fire/electric. I don’t know if that’s too complex tho
