I got this old3ds from ebay for really cheap. The shell is damaged but it works fine. It just takes more than 15 seconds to boot, e.g. 18 seconds to get from the settings back to the main menu. Is there a reason other than the 3ds just being old? It is not modded. I made a fresh reset too.
