
Obviously you can’t appease everyone and haters will exist.
But whenever a new Dualsense design is dropped, it’s always met with ‘lazy design’ and ‘I’ve seen better 3rd party shells’ without an explanation as how to actually improve these designs.
But genuinely, how would you improve the design of some of the previous limited edition controllers?
You have to keep in mind that when designing the controllers, you have to consider the issues of branding, manufacturing, aesthetic and importantly, wear.

I just want another 30th anniversary drop
IMO most of the designs try too hard and don’t actually take into consideration the design of the controller itself. They just try to slap a design on there and it feels like a cash grab. An example of a controller that did it right would be the astro bot one, if I had to pick one.
