Until the sequel comes out, or at least until there's some information, all we can do is speculate about what might happen (if anyone guesses correctly).

If Stellar bladee really wants to follow Nier automata route they’re gonna follow the worst ending outcome possible and made it just worse in the next sequel
my theory is Eve won’t be the main character of the next sequel. maybe Raven will have redemption arc and she’ll be the protagonist or it’s gonna be new andro-eidos entirely while Eve will play important role but not a playable
