My PlayStation five froze on me while I was playing. I had to hold the power button for 15 seconds for it to reboot now nothing will work on my system. I can’t play any game. I can’t load YouTube or Netflix. It just sits there on loading screen of whatever I’m trying to use anything I can do to fix it myself or will this have to be looked at by a professional?

Try rebuilding the database in safe mode first. If that doesn’t work, might need a pro.
