Bought BO7 on PC and Xbox Nov 5th 2025
Bought a new RTX 5090 PC March 29th and it came with 2 month Xbox premium trial
Activated the trial after the random pop ups reminding me
Now BO7 is asking me to upgrade to the vault edition $99 even though I own the full game already. Sucks because this was the first game I wanted to try out on my new PC, now I have to wait until the trial is over in 2 months to play the game I own 😒

If you don’t know or just didn’t want too- you can cancel your subscription anytime you want
This sounds like you’ve installed it via Game Pass. If you uninstall and go to owned games, you should see the version you bought. The base is on Game Pass and if you install that version it will only validate the Game Pass license (not whether you own that version or a higher version).
Look at your email or purchase history and give them the order number. Then they’ll see you own it and help you
I assume it will just be the standard max devices already activated, which is preventing your licenses from working.
