I've noticed that in all steam titles (that i know of) have this blur effect on the sides when viewing them in your library. This usually doesn't really matter as its designed with that in mind, but recently I've been customizing the steam backgrounds with community made assets from SteamgridDB. The background i chose (which i think is pretty cool) doesn't look good with the blur effect. Is there a setting somewhere to stretch the image to fit/any other way to remove the blur? Any help is much appreciated!
PS: When i viewed this on my 2560×1600 laptop screen the blur was non existent. I assume this is due to the image being smaller on the laptop screen (obviously) .
