I have tested it and surprisingly it works completely I have since cleaned and replaced the thermal paste on this poor baby and unfortunately the side panel where the sync button is missing but I can't complain and besides that everything is here, I haven't used a Xbox since my 360 broke and I thought I could play my OG Xbox and Xbox 360 games on here but most of them don't work and I play on PlayStation nowadays. As someone who doesn't know a lot about the Xbox One does anyone have any idea on what I can do on it or what I should do with it?

I have the same one, I use it to watch movies and play Xbox one games. Amazing for a last gen console. It does also play Xbox 360 games but not all. You have to check which ones are backwards compatible
Set up a Dev account and use it as an emulation machine, can easily switch in and out of Dev and use as a standard X-Box as well.
Use it for backwards compatible games.
