My brother passed away almost 14 years ago and this was his profile picture. I cannot for the life of my recall the game this was related to if it was even from a specific game. Maybe from an achievement? Does anyone know the origin of this profile picture? Likely would’ve been from around 2008-2011 when he picked this picture. Could’ve been earlier though.
ETA: I tried reverse image searching but many of the links that it found are so old that they didn’t work or reveal the origin.

That’s the superintendent from halo 3 ODST. This was a commonish gamerpic, I’m not sure if it was given by an achievement or if it was something you could buy.
