Need help trying to find a song from a Nintendo game

There is a song that I hear a lot in YouTube videos about Nintendo games, but I can't figure out what game the song is from.

You can hear it start at 12:00 in this video for example.

I've tried listening through a few different soundtracks at this point and can't find it. Anyone know what it's from?
