    Facing error with age verification for PSN UK account



    Hey guys. So Im trying to verify my age on PSN and I made a UK PSN account and its my main account and Im facing this error on my browser. Is it from PlayStations end? Also not in the UK, I was unaware of region restrictions so made an account with UK region 10 years ago.

      I had the same error but it let me do the age verification after I kept refreshing the page.

      Damm will this effect single player Games?? Surely iv been with them sense ps3 so user name was changed when we first could do it for for free..

      Everyone has been pushed to verify, so the servers are busy

      Also, if you’re not in the UK then let’s hope they don’t verify the ID by checking you’re a UK citizen as it’s techncially against the ToS

      Same here. Tried to talk to someone about it and no human is even there to talk to. Tells me just to try again later to talk to someone to get help

      This will probably apply to everywhere… My date of birth year doesn’t match my actual date of birth. What then? Will I be locked out of my account?

      i had the same problem the service is getting over loaded keep trying or wait and try latter

      Yeah face recognition just doesnt work been stuck on still processing picture for 10 minutes now

      Edit: Nm it just asked for another picture and worked first time 🤦‍♂️

      Keep persevering…I had this but tried it every 20 seconds or so and it worked.
