I turned my PS5 on today an the screen is like zoomed in/aspect ratio is way off. It just perfectly fine yesterday. What on earth is this and how can I fix this? I tried restarting and unplugging everything for 5 minutes.

i would check monitor settings, ps doesnt have any settings regarding aspect ratio afaik
I would recommend trying a different hdmi. May have broke
Check your resolution on the screen settings on the ps
