How to fix TAA anti-aliasing blurry ghosting/trailing

You either have UE4SS installed and in game press "~" key in game and paste

r.TemporalAA.Algorithm 1

or WIN+R paste this

%LOCALAPPDATA%\SB\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\

in Engine.ini

make a

[SystemSettings]

and paste in

r.TemporalAA.Algorithm=1
