Hey everyone!
We’re Lucid11 Interactive , a small indie team behind Party Club. A chaotic co-op party game that reached 3.7 million players on PC (40K CCU).
We’re now launching on Xbox (Play Anywhere) on April 24
Our demo is already live on Xbox, so you can try it right now!
GIVEAWAY
We’ll be giving away 20 game keys during this AMA.
Winners will be selected through a raffle organized together with the Xbox subreddit moderators,
based on:
- Interesting questions
- Fun or creative answers
- Overall participation and engagement
To prepare for the giveaway, you can play the online multiplayer demo currently available on Xbox.
SPECIAL TWIST
We’ll try to select one mini-game idea from this AMA that we truly love and bring it to life in our upcoming game Party Club: Hangry Animals. Check the trailer for the mini games.
And yes, we’ll credit you as the designer of that mini-game. (Yes, seriously.)
Ask us anything!
- Game design
- Funny dev stories
- Bugs & chaos moments
- How we reached 3.7M players (and how not to make money )
- Or anything you’re curious about
We'll be here to answer your questions live (and hopefully those who play the demo and come here will also answer the questions).
Let the party chaos begin

What kind of charcter customization do you have?
How many in your team?
I reckon a game of red rover would be great.
Maybe team keepy uppy with obstacles and punching. Maybe a game where one person has to throw a ball at someone and the that person is it and has to do the same. The last person with the ball is eliminated.
What was the worst moment during development, lost progress?, needed to recode part of it?, office cat drank all the coffee etc?
What other party games have inspired the development of this game?
What was the inspiration or motive behind the choice to have animals be playable characters? Instead of the usual!?. Is the environment destructible in any way?. Can we cause chaos!?
Sorry my english, first, congratulations and thanx 😁. Good luck for the dev team. I hope win the game. Thanx 😁
What is the teams favorite addition to the game? Also, was there anything that was scrapped and why? For a mini-game idea add volley ball with abilities maybe 🤔 Good luck on launch!
What’s the hardest part of game design? From concept to execution? The idea of party club from coming up with the concept and thinking of a fun gameplay loop that appeals to people and trying to prioritize on making it fun.
How was development within the Xbox ecosystem? Were you guys provided help and resources through the indie at Xbox program? Thanks for making it Xbox play anywhere!
Giving big Overcooked vibes in the trailer, what makes your game standout against titles like that?
