Move the tower and place two bookshelf speakers on stands immediately beside the portrait oriented monitors.
You could use a small soundbar, Bose makes a small one.

You need to move the tower and put speakers in the back desk corners.
Audio expert here, but probably doesnt require an expert to know that.
Find a tray below the desk if you want it to rise with the desk.
