Literally turn it off 10-20 minutes ago. Turned it back on and now what is doing this, I've already unplugged it once and waited 10 minutes or so and I have hard reset it quite a few times

Either your cable is broken, or your TV, or your console.
Start testing each in that order
Have you checked if it’s the HDMI cable and/or changed the port to the TV?
