Basically i bought a 2ds XL for 160 euros plus shipping, so 173 in total online but when i checked the port it has a missing piece of plastic but it charges fine. Will it get worse with time? I opened a dispute and the seller accepted the return, it has a few acratches at the bottom but works fine. Should i return or keep it?

I’d honestly return it unless you feel confident replacing the charging port. That looks a bit mangled
Yeah that looks like it get worse over time. Either the seller was unaware or they were dishonest but if it wasn’t mentioned in the description then it’s fair to request a return.
Honestly, if it were possible, I would suggest a partial refund since they didn’t warn you about it, because €160 is honestly a good price for this console. Furthermore, this presents the perfect opportunity to implement a Type-C port.
