Pls help

I understand that this is a lot of work to do, but I get crazy overwhelmed with the possibilities that I end up not doing anything at all because I'm always thinking there is something better. Long story short, I would very much welcome recommendations for how to elevate this entire space. And by recommendations I mean you can be as detailed as specific products etc. you think would help. Been stagnant on getting this setup to the next level and would love some input, good, bad, or I'm ugly. Thanks
