I’ve seen the bottom and it’s just going uphill from there. Keep your head up, enjoy life and be confident. I’ve succumbed a depression and eating disorder + heavy drinking and now I have a decent job and life with my fiance and our lovely daughter in our new house. It’s not supposed to be easy, so keep fighting.
