I have a stack of Nintendo Power magazines that aren't from my original collection (lost most of those many moons ago) and this specific issue is not in the greatest condition, but it still has this sticker sheet (along with a paper model Arwing) intact, both shown in the link above. I always wanted these stickers as a kid, but never got any of them back then 😅 I'm so tempted to just use these on some of my stuff instead of leaving them attached to a damaged magazine.

I am sure in tact sticker sheets aren’t that common these days so it might fetch a pretty penny(not researching it)
No. And especially not with cheap freebies from magazines. I put stickers from Nintendo Power magazine on my Wii and Gamecube controllers once…. they got really grubby and gross after a few months, and years later you can’t even see the characters anymore. If I was to do stickers, I’d go with something from Etsy, but only after reading reviews to see how they hold up. I did put stickers on my TV, but I’m not really putting my hands on my TV that often and it’s not in direct sunlight, hopefully they won’t fade or turn grimy.
I would consider maybe paying for a professionally done paint job, or custom shells, except I like the default look of my consoles too much to change them.
What I do instead is decorate the area around my consoles. I got little figurines of video game characters sitting near the places that I keep them, and I have them sitting on top of Mario themed fabric I found at walmart.
Oh man, the memories! My younger brother stuck these on our controllers without telling me and I remember being livid with him.

I would go for custom cases/buttons + useful features (e.g. backlit screens, prosound mods, etc.).
No but there was a special Nintendo controller you could order from Nintendo power that was rad as fuck with like neon green buttons or something. My cousins had it and I was so jealous
Yeah, I probably would. I had an NES themed wiimote sticker from one of the later issues of Nintendo Power that I absolutely love to this day.
I bought a spare shell for my switch pro controller and I intend to experiment with “art” on it
