I really do wish there were more flat footed shoes in the game. Unless I’m mistaken, it’s only the Full Black/White Dress that has boots instead of heels/toe shoes.

Please check older Hyung Tae Kim works. Like Magnacarta or War of Genesis. That footwear style with no heels and hoof like footwear is very distictintive of his art style. It’s pretty awesome imo.

She has very small feet for her height. It’s like she’s 5’8″ wearing size 5 shoes. This does happen, although it’s rare. You can see her real feet when you put on a bunch of costumes, although some of them do look really weird like the one you posted.
