I used to have on my profile a badge that had a number (I believe it said 8 or 9) but then it got replaced with the green cup one.
Also not entirely sure what the gold badge is as I don't have xbox gold I have xbox ultimate.

– Having a Microsoft Rewards Weekly Streak. They discontinued it a month ago
– Had a Gold/Ultimate membership before they rebranded it to Game Pass Core
– the tenure badge with the number is the total amount of years you’ve had a Gold/Game Pass Core/Ultimate membership for. It only shows up while you have an active subscription
the number was (and still is) showing how many years of xbl gold (gamepass core) you had, the trophy badge shows that you had a certain weekly streak for reward points, the gold badge shows that you had xbl gold before the switch to gamepass core.
