So I'm trying to install older call of dutys from disk on my Xbox series x at one house. At another house I already have the older call of dutys on my Xbox one s. The Xbox series x is stuck at 0% and won't install the disc. Is it because I already have it installed on another Xbox? I'm using the same account for both consoles.

If you do a network test, is everything working OK?
The disc is only used as proof of ownership, so the game itself is downloaded from the Xbox network, so it may be a connection issue.
You can install it on as many Xbox consoles as you like, so it’s definitely not that.
