Sometimes it fixes by itself, sometimes my games takes a lot of time to boot, sometimes they crash.

For sure it’s your hdd failing, you should replace it, I recommend using a ssd, it won’t be soo good like the series s and s ssd, but will be a pretty good upgrade for your old one s
