You know how when you create a new account, you can add a second email adress to reset the password. We'll now I completely forgot the email and need help finding the email. Is there a way to do it? I also know the gamertag of that xbox account. Is there a way I can just look up the gamertag and a associated email adress will come?

No, for privacy reasons Microsoft does not let you look up emails addresses associated with gamer tags.
