I am sharing my gamepass ultimate account with my brother ( picture taken on home Xbox ) and not all games work. The ones circled in red with the 🛑 symbol say “join ultimate” but not all of them do.

It does that sometimes for even my main account too. Just reset the console until its fixed or sign out and sign in on the main account again. Idk why it does this
