If it’s out of warranty, it’s one of the few things MS sell spare parts for. In the US they charge $10 per earcup, but they sell them in a bunch of different countries.

So, yeah, if it’s just a torn earcup, that would be the best way to go.
Yeah the warranty is up on this one unfortunately but I still have a warranty on the new one which I recently picked up. And $10 for a replacement ear piece isn’t bad. Thanks for the info. Appreciate your time.
