Sealed copies go for about $40 on eBay. If you want to play it, I’d just play it. You can’t buy it digitally anymore, so physical is your only way now.

If we take old games (like playstation, Nintendo…) we can talk about 300/500$ after years. I don’t know how much you have to wait for an income or if there will be one (most paid games are the most popular or special editions). So it’s all on you. If you want to have fun with the game you can play it, yet if you wanna sell it in the future keep it like these. You can also do both by buying another game (maybe used, it’s cheaper)
