I’ve been wondering how to get to these ledges and bars for a long time since first reaching the wasteland. So we need to unlock the doublejump ability then come back later?

I don’t even know were you are and I though i did everything in the wasteland, I got a few bars and hard places to reach but not even sure were that one is?
