It’s just the screen refreshing, xbox cloud is the only one that I’ve seen do this for some reason

That’s kind of inevitable on cloud. I have giga internet and when I plan on cloud that’s still happens. It’s just your internet trying to catch up The difference of the lag between the signal and the game. It’s fairly common. The only way to get around this is to have insanely insanely fast internet lol
