Buy a fake off Etsy
The best thing to do is find a seller who’s willing to throw in a few extra ones for you to dismantle and mess around with. Remember these are dirt cheap for the seller to produce and their margins are decent, so they usually won’t care if you’re buying a large bundle.
You can make your own with an NFC compatible phone, some specific kind of NFC tags and the app TagMo
Just buy bulk NTAG215 stickers from amazon for dirt cheap and program them to be whatever amiibo you want. Can do it with any nfc enabled android phone.
