The most interesting thing is that according to Necro the game should reach the current Switch and not the Switch's successor, perhaps there is a chance of the game being announced at Nintendo Direct in June.
We already know that the Nintendo Switch supports Unreal Engine 5 thanks to Fortnite ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQTZkanta0E ) I really hope that MultiVersus comes to the console since that's probably where the game has the greatest chance to be successful.

I could’ve seen the game coming if it was still on unreal 4 but now nah. Especially considering that the game seems to have performance issues on last gen
