Looks like a 3DS XL, not being made anymore, but you can get them used/refurbished. The digital store closed last year, however. All games will have to be physical (unless you install custom firmware).
That Japanese model using the camera is insanely pretty
Edit: lol, they show both hands on the device, clearly the picture isn’t being taken now XD
Is that Rei from IVE? That’s so cool she uses a 3DS to take pictures lolz. I’ve seen some people bringing theirs 3DS to take pictures/videos at concerts too.
And the cameras for all 3DS family of systems are the same, so maybe get the 2DS since those are cheaper on eBay.
