So I have looked at guides, watched play thru s on you tube. No one seems to have this issue. So after you arrive at the rail bridge and cross the gap on the girders (when Adam says not to look down) you then take another girder down to a section that should have a rope leading up. I don’t appear to have one there, be it a glitch, or something else. Any advice, I was really enjoying it until this.

Is this the rope that takes you up through the train that falls? Because it won’t be there if you’re returning to the area (it’s now a dead end), but it should obviously be there if it’s your first time playing the level. I’m afraid it’s a game-breaking bug if that’s the case.
have you tried jumping to see if it’s there but invisible.
Once the train collapses, you will never be able to ascend this part again. You must go through the camps.
