There is no way unfortunately, best way is to create a separate save and see if the quest to go to space stations prompts lily to request to go to eidos 9

If you’re in Eidos 9 you’re good to go pal. Another way to check is if you haven’t collected something yet such as memorysticks (they reset per playthrough even if you have them all in the data menu, good to pick up for the XP) pick a few up and watch the top right corner of the screen, if a meter doesn’t pop up it’s at 100%.
Doing side missions also helps a lot.

Have you done the prayer code side mission? If you haven’t the books you need to find for it all add to Lilly’s meter so you’ll see it. If it doesn’t have a number next to it, it’s full.
