As you can see I have 0 zero ammo(stingers) but when I try to pick up I got this message that I cannot hold more stingers.
Meanwhile when I hold the down dpad I don't see any other type of ammo for the gun

You’re missing the Drone Upgrades for the other ammo types.
The ammo type you have selected is “Slugs.” The other two are different ammo types.
