I'm new here, so sorry if this has been posted before.
What does this symbol in the upper right corner mean. It used to have a lock symbol over it, and by collecting documents it would increase the percentage needed to unlock it. But now that it's unlocked, I don't know what changes. The game didn't tell me what changed, and I haven't noticed anything different in the game. I'm so confused of what that symbol means.

It’s a Lily meter. You need to fill it to gain access to a certain area and more of Lily’s backstory. It also opens up one of the games endings.
From what I have heard it’s part of a quest with Lilly that I think is tied to an ending. I haven’t finished the game yet. Been doing a lot of side stuff. Just finished Eidos 9.
