Racing. Pick your route, build your vehicle from a limited selection of parts (or perhaps limited resources), and race against either other pre-built vehicles or even non-Hylians (eg a flying race against a Rito, a boat vs a Zora, etc).
Basicaly Lego Racers but with the TotK vehicle stuff. Just as long as they buff wings.
