Nice to see Erend is playable, though he was kind of obviously going to be. The game looks pretty good in Switch footage too!

I have never paid attention to what the “Horizon” game was, but the LEGO game does look fun. I may consider it but we’ll see.

I am pleased that they made the whole world out of LEGO a la LEGO Worlds, not just the characters like in the LEGO Star Wars games, but I am suffering from crossover fatigue

Interesting, has Lego ever made a game based on another game? I feel like its always been either original or based off a movie.

This looks really cool, I hope the local coop is good then I might try it

Do you know that one category of memes that seems to be designed to piss off geeks via calculated wrongness? Like, it will be a picture of Captain Picard saying “Do or do not, there is no try”, and it will be attributed to Gandalf from Game of Thrones or something?
That is *exactly* how it felt to see a Lego game from Playstation Publishing LLC in a Nintendo Direct.

first Lego game with online co-op since Lego Worlds, that’s huge

I just feel off about this. Not saying it will be bad, maybe it will be good/great. It’s just the tonal shift and style between the Horizon games and Lego games… it feels like a departure from everything that made the game it’s own. I’ll hold my reservations but after playing the 1st and 2nd games I’m seeing call of of duty on the switch all over again. Not saying it will be bad in general…just when compared to the other 2. I feel like making that comparison is wrong and right at the same time 🤔

Anyone else thinking Lego Monster Hunter would be cool?

Remember the calls for Nintendo to go 3rd party after the Wii U debacle? Now Sony Microsoft are publishing games on a Nintendo platform. The times sure are changing.

So weird to see a Sony title in the direct.
